You will love this spacious ground floor apartment in a classic Edwardian terrace overlooking Weymouth Bay with immediate access to beach. Just walk out of the front door through the front garden and you are on the promenade, then down a few steps and on to the beach.

Spend the day on the beach, have lunch in the garden and go out in the evening for dinner on the harbour. Or spend the day visiting some of the attractions of England’s historic Jurassic coast. Then return in the evening when the shore will be deserted, as if it were your own private beach.

Ideally situated to explore the Jurassic coast either on foot or by car with great landmarks such as Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Portland, Chesil Beach and Abbotsbury  to mention a few within a few miles. Take a day out to visit Poole or Lyme Regis perhaps.  Weymouth itself is still a very charming Georgian seaside town with all the usual attractions associated with seaside resorts and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the South Coast.  See Weymouth web site for further details.
The terrace, which is in a conservation area, is a short walk along the promenade to Weymouth town centre and harbour.  Weymouth bay has been described as the English Bay of Naples and indeed at night the bay is a spectacular sight. 

Throughout August there are fireworks every Monday which can be seen from the garden. Bathing from the beach is very safe even in the roughest weather, due to absence of currents and strong tides.  However, the beach has life guards during the summer months.

The ground floor of this classic double fronted Edwardian terraced house occupied by some vibrant characters. Two large bedrooms each with own hand basins. In the front bedroom there is a queen sized bed where the sound of the sea will lull you to sleep!  and in the rear bedroom there are 2 single beds and an additional folding bed. (Whilst beds have duvets and pillows linen is not supplied).
Large sitting room with bay window facing sea front with open gas fire, and adjoining large fully fitted kitchen/diner. 

Nice bathroom plus a shower / sauna room and two loos.
Plenty of of hot water and Central Heating for the winter months.

Off road parking area. 
Books, games, cards etc provided.

Rates: from £300 per week inclusive.  Weekend rates available on request. Prices reflect that this is not a brand new apartment with all mod cons, it is just a delightful, comfortable place to stay.

Pets are welcome though please note dogs are not allowed on the beach between the months of May 1st and September 30th.

We can arrange sailing/fishing trips on a private classic boat if required subject to weather conditions and make recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
